HomeBridge would like to remind brokers that Fannie Mae will require the appraiser to include a photo of the front of the subject property when completing the Summary Appraisal Update Report section of the Appraisal Update/Completion Report (Fannie Mae Form 1004D).
This new Fannie Mae photo requirement applies to all Appraisal Updates completed on or after August 1, 2014.
