HomeBridge is temporarily suspending fundings in the northern California counties identified below due to the wild fires burning in those areas. This list may be adjusted as additional information becomes available.
- Napa County
- Solano County
- Sonoma County
Once the fires have been contained and the areas have stabilized HomeBridge will require an exterior re-inspection of any property located in one of the above counties to ensure no damage has occurred and to address any adverse conditions that could impact the properties value and/or marketability prior to funding.
