USDA issued a Procedure Notice on May 12, 2021 to announce updated income limits for the Rural Development Single Family Guaranteed Loan Program.
USDA’s Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS) and the income eligibility calculator on the Income Eligibility page of USDA’s website have been updated with the new income limits
The Procedure Notice did not indicate if limits increased or decreased for any specific county. The 2021 income limits, by county, may be viewed by clicking here: Rural Development Guaranteed Loan Program 2021 Income Limits
The new income limits apply to loans submitted on or after May 12, 2021
