VA Sponsorship Renewal

HomeBridge would like to remind brokers that the Department of Veterans Affairs requires an annual $100 fee from brokers who are in a sponsorship relationship with HomeBridge.  This fee is charged by VA, not HomeBridge.

As a reminder, Brokers who were approved for VA sponsorship in the fourth quarter of 2014 are not required to renew at this time.

Brokers who need to submit a check for renewal will be contacted by HomeBridge Broker Approval via email; there is no action required if you are not contacted.

Brokers contacted for renewal must submit a check for $100 payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Checks should be submitted to HomeBridge at:

HomeBridge Wholesale
5 Park Plaza, 10th Floor
Irvine, CA 92614
Attn: Broker Approval

Checks must be received by HomeBridge no later than Friday, February 27, 2015, no exceptions.

Brokers who do not remit payment to HomeBridge by Friday, February 27, 2015 will be ineligible to act as HomeBridge’s VA agent and VA sponsorship approval will be deactivated.

NOTE:   Any VA loan in the pipeline (with the exception of a VA IRRRL) will NOT be able to close if the broker is deactivated.

As a reminder, VA IRRRL transactions do not require sponsorship.
