The Veterans Administration (VA) announced a policy that requires all users to be reactivated on the VA Portal. This information was detailed in VA Circulars 26-13-1 and 26-13-2 issued January 4, 2012.
HomeBridge is implementing a temporary process to obtain the information needed from VA for our brokers.
Brokers may use the attached VA Portal Access Request to request any of the following from the VA Portal:
- Case Number
- Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
- Prior Loan Validation (PLV)
Brokers should complete the applicable fields on the form and then email the form to HomeBridge at VArequests@homebridge.com. Brokers should complete all the information required for the specific request in order to ensure there is no delay in processing. Purchase transactions will require a copy of the Purchase Contract.
Brokers will receive a confirmation email from HomeBridge upon completion of the request.
