HomeBridge is pleased to announce that effective immediately, the non-occupant borrower’s income may be used when calculating the DTI regardless of the LTV. HomeBridge approval is no longer required when the LTV is > 75%.
The Freddie Mac Conforming and High Balance matrices have been updated with this information and posted on the HomeBridge website at www.homebridgewholesale.com
This enhancement applies to new submissions and loans currently in the pipeline.
