Updates to Homebridge Renovation Programs

Homebridge is updating the Fannie Mae HomeStyle and FHA 203(k) Standard and Limited guidance as detailed below.

Homebridge will now require the following documentation on all renovation transactions (previously only required from contractors not currently accepted by Homebridge)

  • The Contractor Profile form
  • A completed W-9 form
  • Copies of current licensing, liability insurance, and Workman’s Comp insurance, as applicable

The Contractor Profile and W-9 form are available on the Homebridge website on the Forms page, under Renovation Forms, FHA 203(k) and HomeStyle topic.
