Bulletin 19-07: Update to the Mortgagee/Loss Payee Clause

HomeBridge is updating the addresses for mortgagee/loss payee clauses as detailed below.

Mortgagee/Loss Payee Clause Address: Hazard/Flood Insurance

The mortgagee clause for homeowner’s insurance (hazard/property, flood, if applicable) is being changed to the following:

Brokers should begin using this new address when ordering hazard/property and flood insurance, when required, effective immediately.

Loans funding or being purchased on or after March 1, 2019 will require the new mortgagee/loss payee clause.

Mortgagee/Loss Payee Clause Address: Title Insurance, CPL, E&O, and Subordination Agreement

The mortgagee clause for title insurance, the CPL, E&O, and subordination agreement is being changed to the following:
